This year's ILPost Community Days focused on direct exchange with our customers and partners – with a clear focus on the current challenges in the international postal business.

Together, we discussed topics such as:

• Results of the 28th UPU Congress in Dubai and their impact on practice
• Cross-border requirements and regulatory approaches: What makes sense, what is feasible?
• Proof of delivery: Signature, digital proof of delivery, or hybrid models?
• US import duties: How can customs and duty rules for shipments to the US be implemented efficiently and in a legally compliant manner?

We would like to thank all participants for the open, constructive dialogue and their great interest. As hosts of the Community Days, we were particularly pleased to see how committed and solution-oriented our community is in working together.
