Keep a clear overview of your data. ILPost Document Processing enables the processing and administration of dispatch documents as well as the audit-proof consolidation of data. Each processing status is fully recorded in the history.

For the preparation of verification notes (VN), ILPost Document Processing provides an efficient comparison between the partner’s documents, the production data recorded and the data from the EDI message exchange. Irregularities and deviations from the actual production processes can be identified and reported quickly. The values agreed with the partner then form the basis for accounting with ILPost Accounting.

If required, the comparison between the partner’s messages and the material recorded during production can be performed automatically. If discrepancies fall within a configured tolerance, the data is automatically forwarded to ILPost Accounting. This saves time and costs.

A wide range of reports is available, including track & trace for consignments and receptacles, search functions for investigation purposes and analyses for quality assessment.
