Certifications Product quality and customer satisfaction are our daily driving force
Since 6 October 2005 CDA IT Systems is proud to count itself among the DIN EN ISO 9001 certified companies. At the end of September 2005 the TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH, part of the TÜV Rheinland Group, granted CDA IT Systems said certificate in the fields of application “system design, software development, system integration, installation, training and consulting for IT systems". The certification was successfully renewed every 3 years until 2020.
In September 2009 CDA was certified with the new version DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, in 2017 with version DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Product quality and customer satisfaction have always been CDAs highest priority. At the beginning of 2004, CDA implemented a quality management system, based on DIN EN ISO 9001, to ensure continuous improvements of the company’s workflow and product quality. All measures serve to improve the customer’s confidence and to fulfil their requirements.
CDA’s management has committed to this quality management system and to the implementation of the norm.
All our employees follow the continuous improvement process, with the aim of constantly improving customer satisfaction.
Our certificate is registered with reference number: 01 100 050430 at TÜV Rheinland.
